I mean, maybe it'll take some time getting used to.I always used to think that 15 inch would be the size to get when it came to any computer, but I ended up getting a 14 inch and at the time it seems small but now it's 'just right' - and when I look at a 15 inch now it looks far too big. I went to view one today (though it was the older model) and my hands felt so large in comparison to the keyboard - maybe it's because I wasn't using it as I would at home I.E on my lap/desk, as it was stuck to the shelf in the store. I notice that the 2013/14 Retina model (31.4cm) is slightly less wide than the predece ssor MBP (32.5) and when measured against my current PC (34.6cm) it appears to be tiny (including the casing and such).

I will only be using it for daily use such as social media, emails, FaceTime/Skype etc so I often wonder if it is really going to affect anything. I personally can't afford the 15 inch right now and if I was to save it would take me around twice as long.

I'm looking at getting myself the newly updated 2014 13" MacBook Pro with retina, but the size of it is throwing me off a little.Īs of now I have a Windows 8 laptop which is a 14inch, and although the MBP is only an inch smaller when it comes to screen size, it seems so small.
