Since Office is licensed per device, and only one device is accessing Office from the network device, only one Office license would be required in this scenario. I'd like to know an answer to this as well. Question 2: How do we license this scenario to be compliant with Microsoft? Now add that the 6 users access the RDS server from their home devices while at home. Question 1: With our 1 Office 2013 Pro Plus license, are we licensed properly in this scenario? If not, what is the correct number of licenses or type of license needed to be properly licensed in that scenario? The 6 users use the 1 computer to access RDS to use the Office applications (NOT USING A VIRTUAL DESKTOP). I have also installed Office 2013 Pro Plus on the RDS server. This server is licensed with Server 2012 and we also have 6 RDS licenses. (i'm trying to imply there is no "primary user") This computer has Office 2013 Pro Plus on it (licensed with VL). Any of the 6 people can access and use the computer. This computer is shared by 6 people that on are shift work.
